ADP Dealer Services
ADP Dealer Services, a division of ADP (NYSE: ADP), and Standard Register formed an alliance called DOX (Dealer Office Xpress) in 1999 to provide document solutions to automotive dealers throughout the U.S. The alliance encompasses office supplies, risk management solutions, and SR’s DesignOnDemand® functionality to develop and order one-to-one, personalized customer communications.
All of this is facilitated by Standard Register’s SMARTworks® technology platform that provides print management capabilities through connectivity from ADP’s DealerSuite.com Web site.
There are three components of DOX. First, is office forms, business supplies and printing services. Second, is DealerCap. This solution provides an integrated document solution for dealers that minimize risks associated with doing business in specific states.
Third is DesignOnDemand. Dealers are using DesignOnDemand to develop and order one-to-one, personalized customer communications. Accessible through a secure Web site, dealers work with templates that combine static and variable text, photographic background themes and graphic images to produce marketing pieces such as postcards or tri-folds. The pieces are then personalized with the customer name and address pulled from the CRM system, digitally printed and mailed through regional mail services. DesignOnDemand provides centralized design control with localized personalization, yielding higher response rates.
