This is Standard Register’s first year in the top 10 and it is one of very few companies to appear in the top 100 five years in a row. The company has appeared on this prestigious listing of the most innovative users of information technology in the United States during the last eight years. In 2007 it was first among manufacturing firms.

Partnerships with leading technology companies, such as CSC, HP and Microsoft provide services and products that drive SR technology, as well as great thought leadership.
"SR and CSC have worked together for 15 years, a period spanning multiple generations of processes and technologies. A constant, in my experience, is that SR is always leveraging technology in real, practical ways to improve how we work and how they work. Our history is one of great collaboration producing terrific results."

This type of innovation was made possible by an understanding of their customers’ business models, as well as a clear vision of how to apply technology to facilitate the transition. Microsoft is proud of its on-going relationship with Standard Register and we look forward to continuing our role as a strategic provider to SR."

Information Week 500 companies demonstrate patterns of technological, procedural, and organizational innovation. The list is unique among corporate rankings because it spotlights the power of innovation in information technology, rather than simply identifying the biggest IT spenders.
"InformationWeek 500 honorees represent today’s leading technology innovators. This group has prompted fascinating discussion on some of the most forward-looking business technology initiatives to date."
