Sue Murphy has more than 30 years professional experience developing, delivering and directing effective Lean process improvements focused on enhancing efficiency, improving quality, reducing costs in the hospital industry. She is a recognized expert in inpatient hospital operations covering all areas of the hospital balanced scorecard.
She gained her expertise as a clinical manager for strategic improvement, a nurse manager, clinical nurse educator and a shift manager at Premier Health Partners, a magnet facility with five consecutive excellent scores from the Joint Commission.
Today as a product manager for SR, Sue is committed to providing quality programs and services that enhance customer well-being and satisfaction. She brings a special expertise to those healthcare organizations looking to streamline themselves and introduce technology. She is a certified trainer in the concept of transitions and has served a fellowship in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration.
She is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), AONE, HIMSS and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM).
Sue regularly shares her expertise with clients and is available for media interviews on topics related to inpatient hospital operations covering all areas of the hospital balanced scorecard, process improvement and change management.

Molly Procuniar has over 12 years experience in healthcare as a registered nurse, paramedic and nursing technician. Now as a healthcare subject matter expert for Standard Register, she keeps product development and implementation teams abreast of policies and regulations that impact hospitals and how they function.
Her clinical experience includes working at two Distinguished Hospitals for Clinical Excellence with more than four Joint Commission disease-specific certifications. She has worked as an ER nurse in a 52-bed, urban emergency department with care flight attachment, as a neuro nurse at a Joint Commission-accredited Primary Stroke Center Magnet Facility with a Level I Trauma rating and is an EPIC-trained “super user.”
Molly uses her nursing and healthcare expertise to help SR continuously improve its products and develop new solutions to help hospitals create a safer environment for patients and a more efficient hospital workplace. She regularly consults with acute care clients as they evaluate workflow and technology options. She shares her expertise at healthcare conferences, such as the Institute for the Advancement's (IHA) 2010 Health Literacy Conference where she presented "Mapping Patient-Centered Care." Molly is also available for interviews with the healthcare media and she is a regular contributor to SR's Insights for Healthcare on topics related to workflow technology and clinicians.
She is an active member of the American Health Information Management Association’s (AHIMA) ACE Challenge which is an action community for e-HIM excellence that identifies, prepares, engages, mentors and recognizes those working to transform HIM practices, improve patient safety and quality of care. She is a member of the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society’s (HIMSS) Nursing Informatics workgroup and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society for Nursing. Molly is also active in the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), participating in both the Ethical, Legal, Social Interactions workgroup and the Computer Information Systems workgroup. In the fall of 2008, she led a workshop at AMIA’s Annual Symposium in Washington, D.C., discussing intuitive technology.

JP Parmley has extensive experience helping healthcare organizations manage the challenge of EMR initiatives and system migration, and he is a recognized authority on patient identification.
JP has served as US director of sales and marketing for a leading EMR software company as well as vice president of a progressive Midwest technology integration firm. He has been directly involved with healthcare technology initiatives including e-prescribing, electronic charting and charge capture.
As senior manager of healthcare marketing for Standard Register, JP is responsible for driving new technologies, products and services for the healthcare industry. He regularly consults with healthcare providers and organizations on EMR readiness, patient identification, as well as the application of technology in the hospital and ambulatory settings. He also lends his expertise at symposiums and webinars, including the Health IT News sponsored, “Building a Foundation for EMR:The Critical Role of Document Workflow.
JP has served as the vice chairperson and member of the board of trustees for Dayton’s Wellness Community and Wellness Connection. He holds a B.S. from Wright State University’s Department of Biomedical and Human Factors Engineering.

Dan Thaxton is a nationally recognized expert on document security and fraud with over 20 years of experience, and numerous patents to his credit.
He is a member of board directors for the Document Security Alliance (DSA), a voluntary organization of industry leaders and government agencies, which is focused on improving government document security. He is involved in developing national security standards for birth certificates. He led the team that recommended security improvements for the next generation of the Social Security card. He has also provided guidance to Congress on legislation for temporary work permits and employee verification.
Dan has authored and contributed to numerous white papers and reports, including the DSA’s 2009 “Report to the Nation” on U.S. document security and in 2007, he offered guidance to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on “Defining a Tamper-Resistant Prescription.”
